ATM we have 32 players in semi-finals, making it only 8 per one group. It wouldn't be a problem to add 33rd player, Tombus, to that group, as he had as many points as 3rd player in his group in 1st round!

And, it would be also fair, because regulations didn't say anything about what happens if few players have the same amount of points. Rules didn't say so, so the only fair option would be to let all the interested players play in semi-finals - in this example, Tombus that is.
