8 August Prologue time trial Amersfoort

The prologue of 5.7 km takes place in Vathorst, a new district of Amersfoort. Both start and finish are close to each other in the center of the district. The flat course of the prologue includes a few curbs close to the railway station.

9 August first stage Oosterhout - St. Willibrord

West Brabant is the backdrop to this flat stage. The riders start at noon on the Oosterhout main market place and ride across the city for about four kilometers. Just outside the city the stage will kick off officially. After a first 90km loop and second 75km loop through the countryside of West-Brabant a final local lap is held in and around St. Willibrord, where the finish of 192km long stage will be in the Dorpsstraat.

10 August 2nd stage Aalter - Ardooie

The second stage of the 2011 Eneco Tour starts in Aalter, already a place where a stage started in the 2009 Eneco Tour. After the first local lap and a boni sprint in Aalter, the stage heads for the province of West-Vlaandere for the finale of the stage. After the first passing of the finish line, the riders take in a local lap of 18km in and around Ardooie. The finish line again lies in the Stationsstraat, where previously Tom Boonen (2008), Tyler Farrar (2009) and Andre Greipel (2010) managed a stage win.

11 August 3rd stage Heers - Andenne

Heers, a finish in the 2010 Eneco Tour, will be the start of this year's queen stage. After a local lap with a first boni sprint, the peloton heads for the Ardennes. The Mur de Amay and Mur de Huy will undoubtedly provide an first selection. The municipality of Andenne, located in the heart of the Ardennes, hosts the finish for this stage. The ideal geographical location triggers an attractive stage, including three climbs that will be taken on twice each in the last 25 km. This will make the ambitions of the overall contenders visible.

12 August 4th stage individual time trial in Roermond

The historic center of Roermond forms the backdrop to the start of the individual time trial. The start is located at the Town Square opposite the City Hall. After a technical first part, the time trial specialists will enjoy a course with hardly any curbs. The finish is located opposite the railway station, with a lot of space for both riders and public.

13 August 5th stage Genk - Genk

The start of the transitional stage of the Eneco Tour is on the pleasant town square of Genk, which now is the setting for a stage start for the third consecutive time. Via places like Tongeren the peloton races towards Liège, taking on board various climbs (including the Halembeye). The way back towards Genk leads through the hilly Meuse valley region, with the ultimate climb at 25 km from the finish.

14 August 6th stage Sittard-Geleen - Sittard-Geleenn

The start of the queen's stage takes place in the center of Sittard-Geleen, Limburg, which will be the setting of the 2012 World Championships. The peloton then soon heads for the hilly area of South Limburg. In this stage of over 200 km famous climbs are included like the Adsteeg, twice the Cauberg, the Loorberg, Camerig, the Eyserbosweg, the Hulsberg, the Fromberg, the Gulperberg and last but not least the Doodeman, the equivalent of the Keutenberg. During the stage the peloton take in the entire course of the World Cup across the Cauberg and the Bemelerberg. The ultimate lap near Sittard includes the Schatsberg climb at Oirsbeek, the climb Institute St. Pergamijn and the Bergstrasse in the German locality of Hillensberg. The 2011 Eneco Tour is concluded on the Engelenkampstraat near the town hall of the municipality of Sittard-Geleen.
