Regole sul gioco in generale / General game-playing rules

Ogni giocatore è libero di giocare come vuole secondo le possibilità offerte dal gioco, ad eccezione delle seguenti / Each player is free to play as he wants, according to the game’s possibilities, except for the following rules

• Mentre è concesso l'aiuto tra giocatori in alcune circostanze come la fuga, è severamente proibito il teamplay. In altre parole, è proibito ogni azione di aiuto ad un giocatore senza avere un vantaggio a propria volta. In caso di teamplay l'organizzazione punirà i giocatori secondo le tabelle nelle regole generali / While it is allowed that player help each other in certain race circumstances (for example, a breakaway), it’s strictly forbidden to team play. In other words, it’s forbidden any kind of help between players, without having advantage to it. If in case of team play between players, the organization will punish the players according to the tables in general rules
• E' vietato bloccare un avversario negli ultimi 2 km di corsa / It is forbidden to block an opponent in the last 2 km of a road race.
• E' vietato bloccare un avversario nel chilometro precedente uno sprint intermedio / It is forbidden to block an opponent in the last 1 km before an intermediate sprint.
• E' vietato giocare per avvantaggiare o danneggiare uno specifico giocatore, ad esempio bloccarlo in continuazione / It is forbidden to play for damage or advantage a specific player. For example, continuously blocking a player in a game.
• E' proibito bloccare un avversario in un punto chiave della gara / It is forbidden to block an opponent in a key point of the game
• E' proibito bloccare un avversario con un corridore morto / It is forbidden to block opponents with a dead rider
• E' proibito mantenere la propria posizione in gruppo bloccando un corridore che arriva da dietro più velocemente nella salite / It is forbidden to keep your position blocking a faster opponent rider in climbs
• E' proibito bloccare deliberatamente un avversario per rallentare il suo ritmo in testa al gruppo o evitare che attacchi dal gruppo / It is forbidden to deliberately block an opponent to slow down his pace in front of the peloton or prevent him to attack from the peloton.
• In caso sia sanzionato un blocco dagli organizzatori il giocatore sanzionato ha diritto a postare un video che prova che non era in controllo del corridore nelle 24 ore successive al fine di scagionarsi / In case a block is sanctioned by the organizers, the sanctioned player will be allowed to discard his charges if, in the next 24 hours after the sanction, he'll be able to provide a registration that proved that he was not in the control of the player.

Impostazioni Gameplay / Gameplay settings

• IA Nulla/ Artificial Intelligence will be set to none
• Cadute a 0%. Possono esserci delle forature / Fall rating will be settled at 0%. We are aware that falls punctures can happen anyway.
• Condizioni variabili disattivate / Variable condition deactivated
• Bonus/Malus disattivati / Bonus/Malus multiplayer deactivated
• La corsa sarà a x1 tutto il tempo. Chi cambierà la velocità riceverà una sanzione / Road Races are played at x1 speed for all the time. People who change it will be sanctioned 

Linee guida per il gampleay /Gameplay guidelines

Le seguenti guide linea saranno usate per determinare la condotta sul "giocare per danneggiare o avvantaggiare un giocatore specifico" / The following guidelines will be used to determine the conduct about "play for damage or advantage a specific player"

• NON è considerato giocare per danneggiare o avvantaggiare un giocatore specifico il tirare contro un giocatore considerato pericoloso per la classifica generale o la clasficia finale del round (a discrezione del giocatore che lo considera tale) se il giocatore è stato staccato per una azione dipendente dal controllo del giocatore  (esempio, rimanere dietro in gruppo e prendere lo split) / It's NOT considered playing for damaging a specific player relaying against a dangerous player (considered in this way by the player that act) for the GC/final classification of the round if the player gets dropped by an event dependant by the player's will (example, being dropped or being in the back of a group split). 
• E' considerato giocare per danneggiare o avvantaggiare un giocatore specifico il tirare contro un giocatore considerato pericoloso per la classifica generale o la clasficia finale del round (a discrezione del giocatore che lo considera tale) se il giocatore è stato staccato per una azione NON dipendente dal controllo del giocatore  (esempio, foratura) E la partita non era in una "fase" calda in quel momento, quindi in altre parole, se l'atto di danneggiare il giocatore dipende direttamente dall'evento non dipendente dalla volontà del giocatore (esempio, tirare nel gruppo perché un giocatore ha forato) / It IS considered playing for damaging a specific player relaying against a dangerous player (considered in this way by the player that act) for the GC/final classification of the round if the player gets dropped by an event NOT dependant by the player's will (example a puncture) AND the game was not in an "hot phase" at that moment, so, in other words, if that damaged the player it does depended directly from the event not dependant by the player's will (example: relaying in peloton while peloton was slow, after a player puncturing).
• NON è considerato giocare per danneggiare un giocatore specifico fermarsi in volata con lo sprinter per sprintare con il lanciatore o comunque il penultimo uomo, o utilizzare 4-6 e/o rallentare volutamente al fine di forzare chi è a ruota a lasciarla / It's NOT considered playing for damaging a specific player slowing down a man to avoid to be followed in the wheel in the sprint phase, forcing the player to attack or choose another wheel, or moving 4-6 to make the player lose the wheel, at the condition 
• NON è generalmente considerato giocare per danneggiare un giocatore avversario tirare per chiudere gli attacchi di questo, MA lo diventa se l'azione si ripete nel tempo in differenti situazioni ed episodi differenti durante tappe differenti e/o ciò vale anche all'opposto, ovvero decidere di lasciare andare in fuga sempre uno o più giocatori non seguendoli mai /  It's generally NOT considered playing for damaging a specific player and/or team to relay to close the attacks of this player/team BUT it will be if the action it's repeated in time and in different episodes during the multiple race of the same session and/or it's proved also in another ways, for example deciding not to follow other players attacks for all the session.
• E' considerato giocare per danneggiare un giocatore avversario sacrificare i propri uomini in favore di un altro giocatore senza benefici per se stessi. Ad esempio utilizzare il proprio capitano come gregario di un'altra squadra / It IS considered playing for advantaging or damaging a specific player/teams killing all your men to ride for another player without having benefits for yourself. Example, kill your captain in a mountain stage to favourite another captain and getting minutes at the end. 
• NON è considerato giocare per avvantaggiare o danneggiare uno specifico giocatore collaborare in fuga per interessi comuni / It is NOT considered playing for advantaging or damaging a specific player/teams cooperating in a break for common interests.
• E' considerato teamplay ogni attacco pianificato tra due giocatori differenti prima del momento in cui questo avviene. In altre parole non si può scrivere in privato ad un giocatore di attaccare insieme ad uno specifico punto a meno di situazioni particolari (esempio, si è già in fuga insieme con due corridori e si vuole attaccare insieme per raggiungerli dal gruppo) / It IS a teamplay any planned attack/move between two different players before the very moment in which it happens. In other word, you cannot planned in private with someone to attack on a specific point unless very specifical situation (example: being in 2 in the breakaway and deciding to attack with captain in group to join them together).
