Why ladder stages again? It would be much more interesting to play stages, that aren't taken from ladder, thus less known by players.

PS: You like comparisons with RL cycling, Emmea, so I'll add - UCI doesn't make all the World Champs on Huy, Kwaremont, Jaizkibel and Poggio.

Oh, still, Roubaix and Amstel look lovely, but there are really lots of mountain stages that could replace well-known Sierra Nevada. Same for Madrid.

If team rank has no time the player takes 0, as in omloop so take care of your 3rd rider

Player can join ingame only after a crash, and olny with the team they were before (game in pause during that period)
