Just a thought:

The Group C host not letting Armstrong_Por play in Group C means that Seppenys got eliminated from Group B - because if Armstrong_Por had not been moved, Seppenys would have gone through.

So my suggestion is that the host of Group C, whoever he was, is disqualified, and Seppenys takes his place.

Game start is at 19.30, MAX start 19.45.

You know the password; you have to be "in room" before 19.45.
