I'm a lil' unsure about reliability of keirin event rules. Five races in each round is clearly not enough to find out who's the best player, so the results might end up a bit unrealistic.

You should really consider changing amount of races in each round to 10 (every round) or 15 (in final).

PS: Unless you meant 5x 5 races - then it's fine.

Why are we so minimalistic then? With one race of five, it gonna take longer to group up on GameCenter, than play. 2-3 races of five would make it much more enjoyable, and - what's most important - reliable.

Keirin is just the most random track part in PCM

The game is all about having some luck with all these good players: getting a gap in scratch, don't get a block in elimination... Offcourse you have to be good to win

I don't quite understand why the groups are as small as they are.

E.g., in elimination and scratch, why not have groups of 16?

In the second round of keirin, there are only 5 players per group - why? It changes the gameplay drastically when you have AIs in the race, so it doesn't make much sense to me.

For elimination and scratch is to reduce crash probability, for keirin with the number of participants that were the only formula possible.
