I'm a lil' unsure about reliability of keirin event rules. Five races in each round is clearly not enough to find out who's the best player, so the results might end up a bit unrealistic.

You should really consider changing amount of races in each round to 10 (every round) or 15 (in final).

PS: Unless you meant 5x 5 races - then it's fine.

Why are we so minimalistic then? With one race of five, it gonna take longer to group up on GameCenter, than play. 2-3 races of five would make it much more enjoyable, and - what's most important - reliable.
