Ladder Draft

To determine the team composition with the custom jersey, a ladder draft will be done.

The riders are divided in this sheet

The order of pick will be determined by the last year classification, then IMA World Tour ranking and then subscription order.

In the discord, when it will be your turn you will pick one "value" and one rider

Example: Pogacar, MO Leader

If a rider is in multiple columns, once it's taken it can't be picked from the other columns
