Here there are all the official announcements about the PCM World Cup.

Points Race, Elimination Race, Scratch and Keirin will be played with 8-8-8 DB, 200TT will be played with 10-10-10 DB.

We are going to change a little the Team Cup.

National team will be composed from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 8 elements of same nationality.

Nation that does not have 4 member of same nationality subscribed can do one or more "rest of the world team".

Is not compulsory to ride in solo world cup to compete in team world Cup

Captain will subscribe its team announcing the members. The 6-8 members have to play all the week competitions. Road and track.

Before the final week, captain can make 2 sostitutions excluding player and taking players from eliminated team of their nationality, if any - or other players.

Team subscriptions will be opened in the weekend

How to assign arrivals points for "solo road race"

Example 1: Davi finished first and second, he'll get 100 points for being the first user to the finish. Sauber96ITA finished third, he'll get 70 points for being the second user.

Example 2: cune2000 finished eighth but he is the fourth user at the finish, he'll get 35 points.

Team WC Subscriptions are open there: 

Please notice that captain options in your filled form doesn't count anymore. We don't nominate the captain but the captain nominate himself registering the team. You don't need any authorization by us now and you are free to register your team

We have decide to validate the subscriptions of zpigloo and hu9091gaming because there objectively be some problems with slack network yesterday evening in validate mail and they have correctly filled the form in time.

After many player rightly complained that TTT and ITT were too much worth in GC, we edited for last time the totals.

Flo92mvx can also play with username Aure-59-ag2r as they are brothers. They both count as one subscription.

Very important announcement about road

As already stated in the rules, IA in road is none. This means you have to wait for all the human riders to be in group before start. You can't

• Attack
• Chase
• Increase pace over 50

Until all ia riders are dropped.

Human riders dropped can re-enter in group with 50 effort. If this does not happen game has to be resettled and responsables punished for not following rules.

I reccomend all the host tonight and tomorrow

1) be careful to choose passive IA (very easy)

2) be careful to inform all the other of depart procedure (see post above)

3) export replay, excel AND sprints screenshoots (you have to take them Before game going in replay)

4) Remember to make everyone choose the team assigned

5) Download the db of your group that is in your group topic

6) make sure everyone has the jersey. If someone needs you can gave them 5 additional minutes.

WC Jury is called tonight at 20.15 CET to discuss an appeal from group C.

Following an appeal, jury has approved by majority the following sanction for waterblast

• Declassification of the blocker rider at last place of its belonging group
• Warning

Points will be recalculated as consequence.

Jury is no longer needed at 20.15 as we discussed during the day.

If you are not in a team (even if you are in a nation that has a team) you can ask Niconick that is trying to make a "Rest of The World" team if you want to play. I remember all you can play in team even if you are not subscribed to solo WC

IMPORTANT RULE FIXING

Player selection in Team Road Inline

Each team is composed by three players with thee riders each. One sub-team has the sprintes as best rider, the second has the hill-man as best rider, the third has the climber as best rider.

Each of the 6-8 member of the team can freely choose between the three teams proposed. People also can be switched between one stage and another. Only the following rule applies

- Sprinter sub-team in flat stage
- Hill-man sub-team in hill stage
- Climber sub-team in mountain stage

Must be played by 3 different people of the team for each round.

By Jury vote, Belgium received an official disciplinary warning not having provide the replay in a road race they hosted. No further actions will be applied.

DISCIPLINARY

Jury has decided to declassify Filippo Pozzato (Francescograssi) to 13th place (last place of belonging group) in Paris > Roubaix due to a block on an opponent (Sirboston)

I will state before semifinal ends, that for 9-20 places in road and in track there won't be a final as in team. In particular

• Road inline: 9th is best 5th of semifinal (amount of points), 10th is worst 5th, 11th is best 6th, 12th is worst 6th and so on...
• Track: where there is 2nd chance for last spot on final, the ranking is the 2nd chance ranking

Elimination Race semifinal A is not confirmed waiting for definitive jury verdict

Jury is called to decide about that situation tomorrow at 22.30, immediately after 200TT

If re, races can be played probably on 3 June, but we will confirm it officially after jury decision

If only 2nd chance eli has to be played because of confirmation, those will be played before the final
