- The host must open the room at 20.30 CET with the caption "PCM World Cup - 200 TT FINAL" and the password "pcmwc"

- The race starts at 21.00 CET. If a Player involved in final is in Gamecenter at 21.00 but is not in the room the host have to call it and wait 2 min his response before start.

- The host must send the screenshot of the game. The others should send the screenshot at campcym@gmail.com if no screenshots arrive all peoples in the group will be disqualified.

Not decided yet. 2 Hypothesis:

1) If host is internal the host play the game before hosted by one organization member, then host all the other, or simply we decide one that host and stop.

2) If host is external hope someone will be not in

It wasn't smart to put 16 people in final There will be a lot of lag, the one will have more then another. A solution could be to split in 2 or 4 games (less lag, external host possible) and concat the groups with the times.

My opinion It's that all the players must be hosters. Am I crazy? No.

We separate the 16 players in 4 groups of 4 players. Than, one member of staff(necessary 4) enter in each room to ensure that everything is in order and that no one do cheating.

After all play, the staff compares the times of each one and see who's the winner.

I give now Propositions on Final. You can agree , but not must.

1. Do Final with 5 Rounds = Host Enternal = 5 Rounds = Important is Position = 1st.20pts 2nd. 18 itp. Player which have More points Win WC

2. Do Final but do 5 Rounds and Do room on 1 Round and The Best time with these 5 Rounds is your Time.

3. Do 16 Games , all Host 1 Round, Best time Player= His Time General

4. Do 1 Round with Enternal Host.

For Me The Craziest , but the best idea is Idea 3

When Host is with Portugal and other player is with Portugal, he have advantage 0.1 i think

Those points are fixed:

1) The round MUST be ONE round. Only one try.

2) The host should be external but not compulsory.

And if you see times in those 2 rounds... is not +/- 0.010 what makes the difference.

The only possible way: kick one and Final with 15 + external host.

But 200 m TT online will never be fair. There will always be people with smaller lags and people with bigger lags.

Tremades is right. It is not a different from 0.1. It is a lot more. And if the external host comes from the Portugal, all portugese people will have less lags, and wins.. So i think the idea of Tremades is the best idea, but it is difficult to do it . Good luck italians!

that is not the problem. It is not fair when not everyone host. If there is a Dutch host, i will have less lag, and can drive much faster then a German player. So, the only thing to make it fair is i think that everyone host...

Create a special new Velodrome. Maybe with the WC logo on the track. Than upload it and the players have 10 Minutes to download, install, ride alone, make a screen and upload it.

- Everyone can play with 100% no lags.

- Just time for 1 round.

- no chance to take or edit old screens because screen just count when you see the special Velodrom.

FINAL GAME MODALITY

The players will be divided into 4 groups to reduce lag. Ivanquaranta will host all 4 the groups. 1 chance each. Who do best time won. That is all. The host will be the same for all 4.
