I do Understand your point in that, the Cima Coppi is not in Italy, but in France. And it's weird they don't have time for Zoncolan, Tre Cime di Lavaredo or Mortirolo. Though i am really happy anyway, because this is far better, then the Tour! I think Sastre needs to get better downhill if he wants to win or get on the podium. Danilo Di Luca will do rather good i think at this Giro, Bruseghin if he nots get to bad in stage 4, 5 he can do really well and i hope Basso wins it!

It looks like the Giro d'Italia 2009 will be a really lot of spetacle and a it's definately a more interesting route then the Tour de France 2009.
