I don't understand much of what you just wrote, but the red and white stripes are for sure not to dominating. The American flag is all about red and white stripes amd a blue corner with the 52 stars. Also I've already made the final version of the american NC. I've added a black color overlay with a white stroke, on the Telefonica-Portugal Telecom logos, and the three smaller logos at the buttom of the back.
