can someone create another/shorter link/way to download it please or create a torrent for it

Hello, when you click on download this file, it takes you to steam community, then you click on cycling-manager.eu which takes you to another steamcommunity webpage that says its not an official steam site, and to download you need to click on continue to external website which brings you to a site that can't be reached.
