Yes, it's true. I had an error and could not continue the game. Also, I could not be connected to the GC. I asked a RE. No response. Let me disqualified from the second round

If we go according to UCI rules, it has nothing in it to tie point. However, it is rules of § 14.3.2.219 which says that you can add rules of the competition. The Rules of the World Cup there would be no tie.

There are also rules: § 14.3.2.226. "In the case of collusion between players, players you will be disqualified." (Who go by this? )
