PCM World Cup Jury is composed by those members

All the nations that reached at least 4 members had the right to have one representant in Jury. We are currently searching a Portugese and a Danish Member, if you are interested contact me on Discord. You should be present during the races on Discord for the longest period of time you can.

 

Jury will make their decision immediately and only on official appeals. To do one of it put it in the topic of the race and notify the jury on discord. Remember that claims must be done after the race

Offcial Jury Decision #1:

• Warning for Grivko for deliberately blocking a player before a KOM.

• About Twan382 appeal on Guille88 block. No intentional block detected, no actions will be taken.

• About Gaby appeal on Charlybaby block. No intentional block detected, no actions will be taken.

• Warning for Guilherme for abusive behavior in chat. Such behavior won't be tolerated anymore.

• TheTank won't host any futher games in this PCM World Championships.

Official Jury Decision #6:

• Following an appeal of Luon jury decided that Froome block is unintentional. The player was trying to move in the only free space for his sprint behind ahead of Luon and is ahead on him when he filled that gap.

Official Jury Decision #7:

• Warning for Luon for unacceptable behaviour ingame with a player. Such behavior won't be tolerated anymore.

Official Jury Decision #8:

• Following an appeal of Davi, the footage provided shows that Kingmaker in Stage 4 clearly did not ride to obtain the best result for himself but he dragged his team in support for breakaway players. Thus it's not clear enough if he does it against Davi or not, the rules states clearly that it’s forbidden any kind of help between players, without having advantage to it. The final position of Kingmaker's captain in general classification, in addition to the footage, shows clearly that he didn't ride without having an advantage for the specific tactic he did in the stage 4. The jury, in addiction, reputed this event "serious enough" to give to the player the maximum penalty. For the reason above, Kingmaker is excluded from all the PCM 19 World Championships events.

Official Jury Decision #9:

• Warning for Frabo for insulting a player ingame. First warning.

Official Jury Decision #10:

• Following an appeal of Guilherme the footage provided show clearly that Nibali intentionally block Pinto at 6.5 to go in Finestre stage. Considering how close the timegaps were, the willing action could've prevented Pinto to win the General Classification, damaging the player. Thus, the new rules in force from Round 2, clearly states that It's forbidden to deliberately block an opponent to slow down his pace in front of the peloton or prevent him to attack from the peloton. For these reason, jury decided that Matteoalvisi is disqualified from the Solo Tour.

Official Jury Decision #11:

• Following a request from the organizers to review the decision, jury decided to restrict the ban of Kingmaker only to Solo Road World Cup

 

Official Jury Decision #12:

• Following a request from the organizers to review the decision, jury decided to lift the disqualification of MatteoAlvisi and to change the sanction in a less heavier sanction. A new decision will coming at the moment in which the sanction is finalized.

• Appeal of Shadow against Davi is rejected. Also Shadow is not entitled to make an appeal against Davi as he didn't play in his group.

Official Jury Decision #15:

• Following the communication at #12, the jury decides for a warning for @matteoalvisi and a 20'' penalty in Tour General Classification. The group classification will be recalculated according to this decision.

• Appeal of Italy team for Scratch has been rejected

Official Jury Decision #15:

• Group D Scratch Team first Round is void as IA wasn't in easy mode. Game will be replayed on Thursday after Team Elimination

Organizers decision #1:

• Warning for AureSK: insults to another team ingame 
• Warning for Grivko: insults to another team ingame

Both decision are taking in accordance to rulebook that allows the organizers the power to sanction and ban insults without passing trough the jury.

• Appeal of Ilyatroshin for Agap for teamplay in Game 2 of Group A has been rejected by the jury.

• Appeal of Matteoalvisi against Heybiza block is accepted
  • Warning for Heybiza
  • Heybiza is relegated of last position in the sprint
  • -10 pts for Heybiza, +5 for Matteoalvisi, +3 for Agap, +0 for Dennis (Nizzolo DNF in the stage)

Official Jury Decision #18:

• Appeal of Migsiemar agains Auresk has been accepted.
  • Warning for AureSK for "riding against a specific player"
  • Relegation at the last place of his group with 0 points.
• According to the jury, organizers will release a better guideline tomorrow for what is considered riding against a specific player and what is not regarding the game "features" like punctures, falls, riders being dropped etc.

Official Jury Decision #19:

• Appeal of Matteoalvisi against block at the end of stage 2 is unanimously rejected

Official Jury Decision #20:

• Jury decided to be back on appeal #19 after new and clear footage was provided, with bar in evidence. From this footage is it thus more clear than AureSk effectively blocks Matteoalvisi rider. For the effect of this decision, AureSK is relegated to last place of this group and Matteoalvisi is promoted to 4th place. Ranking of this group will be recalculated according to the decision.

Official Jury Decision #21:

• Appeal of Slavic Union against of PCMDuMardiB has been accepted. Warning (as team level) and 20 pts penalty in Group final for PCMDuMardiB for intentional block with a dead rider.

Official Jury Decision #22:

• About what happened in Group B hosting. Team Skype was not able to provide an host, so Team PCM du MardiB had to host as rules. Team PCMduMardiB was unable to provide an host and they were able to do it at 21.10 with Gaby. After that 15' were lost because PCMDuMardiB was in 2 players. The appeal of Enreda on that is rejected because is not possible to proof that Team PCMduMardiB has done it on purpose. On the top of that, until the game is effectively launched, PCMduMardiB has the full right to be in that room - so one of the members of the other 3 teams had to write to an organizer that would've give an ultimatum to PCMDuMardiB to find a third player in 5', after these the game would've been launched. It's so convenient to appeal about that at the end of the game and the appeal about that cannot be accepted because PCMDuMardiB has the full rights as the other teams to be in that room in the moment in which the game starts with 3 riders and nobody complained about it before, reporting to the organizers that they were in 2 for a long time. For these reasons, no further action will be taken.

• Migsiemar99: warning. Unacceptance of a jury decision, insults to the organization
• Shualbertori: exclusion from all the competitions and from the WC discord. Unacceptance of a jury decision, insults to the organization, inacceptable accuse of corruption to the organization and the players.

All the decision are taking in accordance to rulebook that allows the organizers the power to sanction and ban insults without passing trough the jury. Other aggressive behaviors on jury and/or organizers will be so sanctioned.

• Replacement of the banned people after the competition has ended (so not disqualified in the competition) will be done taking the 1st available reserve of that competition and not the 1st eliminated player of the group in which the banned player was

Organizers decision #6:

• Luon. Exclusion from all the events of the PCM19 World Championship. Insulting ingame, unacceptable behavior with jury and organizers

Organizers decision #7

• Thetank: Warning for called Russian players 'idiots'

Official Jury decision #28:

• Agapik: Intentional block on a player in a KOM sprint. No additional penalty because Russia is already last of the group and the UK rider took his points anyway
