PCM World Cup Jury is composed by those members

All the nations that reached at least 4 members had the right to have one representant in Jury. We are currently searching a Portugese and a Danish Member, if you are interested contact me on Discord. You should be present during the races on Discord for the longest period of time you can.

 

Jury will make their decision immediately and only on official appeals. To do one of it put it in this topic and notify the jury on discord.

Offcial Jury Decision #1 on Melixandri Complaint:

Landa clearly blocks the rider, so Landa is sanctioned with last place of his belonging group

Official Jury Decision #2 on TheTank Complaint: 

 

Landa block on the climb is not sanctionable because it isn't specifically against a player (continously block) and is not in the last Km

Quickstep rider (Tristan) instead clearly blocks on the sprint, so it goes last of his group.

Official Jury Decision #3 on Kingmaker Complaints

Jury recognize that Raul's behaviour was not good and he should not have insulted people in the room sanctioning him with a 1st warning.

X8 is not sanctionable, it's not intenctional and did not lead to a game speed-up

Leaving one player not subscribed ingame, instead, it's a bad action but as it's not ruled from anyone for the moment jury decided to punish it only with an additional warning. So raul is punished with two warnings and organization is asked by jury to provide rules also on

• Warnings. (3 warnings before a penalty suggested)
• What to do in case of host let others players playing

Jury decided not to let Raul host anymore.

As Enreda opened Group E with a member that was not from the group he had to host, he's warned with a single warning (not double just because he wasn't supposed to host).

We didn't decide for the repetition of that group because only Enreda and Sasy were present at that moment in the lobby. 

Sasy is considered group Winner with Enreda 2nd.

The third spot will be given at the best player (= the one with most points) from the others groups.

Following Kingmaker appeal, Danielgh1 victory in stage 1 was cancelled due to a block. His rider got last place of his belonging group.

As Alepere let one player (Procyclingmanager) not in the room, neither reserve playing in his group and considering that he did not influence the final outcome validates the game but give a warning to Alepere for not having checked the list of playes in his room. 

Thecyclingmanager is instead permanently banned from the World Cup 2018, single and team.

Warning for Beloki92 for insulting a player (Miguel) during Road Inline Group E in the last weekend

Following Guilherme's claim on Aru block in Milano-Sanremo (classic 2nd round) jury decided from official streaming and video provided by Davi point of view that block of Aru was unintentional (player wasn't in control of the rider). No actions will be taken.

Warning for Shadow for continuosly complaints and insults at the WC organization, calling one of the organizer "mussolini"

Team MClan is disqualified from Road Classics because one member (enreda) took twice the team A (with captain) that was forbidden by Round 1 rules.

The points will be recalculated without MClan team.

Jontavilla appeal against a Raul blasphemy in the chat is rejected, rules forbid only insults to a player. For the rest, God will judge.

Warning for Raul for insulting Frico and Pollitelli on chat yesterday after Road Tour games. Pollitelli's chat was also judged by jury. No action on this. As it's third warning further penalty points in the next competition he will be involved (TTT or inline) will be added in another jury decision.

25 points penalty to Raulbanqueri in tonight's TTT final following the 3rd warning as he will play as #1 reserve (Mendez is surely absent)

As it's the third warning he will discount 40 points penalty in Inline final (his next game). Sanction is proportional to the 25 points for Raul in TTT, because inline has also intermediate sprint points and KOM points
